Here are five upcoming horror releases you don’t want to miss this month.
Friday the 13th Part 2 – February 3
Friday the 13th Part 2 will be released on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital on February 3 via Paramount.
Celebrating its 45th anniversary, the 1981 slasher sequel is presented in 4K with Dolby Vision HDR and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio.

Set five years after the events of Friday the 13th, the legend of Jason Voorhees and his diabolical mother lives on. Despite ominous warnings from the locals, a group of counselors at a nearby summer camp decide to explore the sight of the Camp Crystal Lake massacre. All too soon, the killing begins again.
Steve Miner (Halloween H20) directs from a script by Ron Kurz.
Amy Steel and John Furey star, with Jason played by Steve Daskewisz while masked and Warrington Gillette when unmasked. Adrienne King, Betsy Palmer, and Walt Gorney reprise their roles from the first film.

Keeper will be released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on February 3 via Neon.
Osgood Perkins (Longlegs, The Monkey) directs the folk horror creeper from a script by Nick Lepard (Dangerous Animals).

While on a weekend getaway at a remote cabin, Liz (Tatiana Maslany) and Malcolm’s (Rossif Sutherland) romantic retreat takes a dark turn when a sinister presence unveils the cabin’s chilling past.
Meagan Navarro wrote in her review, “Keeper makes for one engaging and original grim fairy tale that bides its time getting under your skin as romance curdles into one fucked up nightmare.”

Predator Badlands – February 17
Predator: Badlands will be released on Steelbook, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on February 17 via 20th Century Studios.
The Predator franchise’s highest grossing entry is directed by Dan Trachtenberg (Prey, 10 Cloverfield Lane) and written by Patrick Aison (Prey) and Brian Duffield (Love and Monsters).

Set in the future on a remote planet, a young Predator (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi), outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Elle Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.
Meagan Navarro wrote in her review, “Trachtenberg and his talented team craft a stunning adventure epic with winsome characters, action, and creatures, but one that’s so drastically different that it’s polarizing.”

Dead Silence will be released on Steelbook 4K UHD + Blu-ray on February 17 via Scream Factory.
Orlando Arocena designed the new artwork for the 2007 horror film from director James Wan (Saw, The Conjuring) and writer Leigh Whannell (Saw, The Invisible Man).
The 89-minute theatrical cut is presented in 4K, while the 92-minuite unrated version is included in high definition.

Guillermo del Toro’s Mimic will be released on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray on February 24 via Kino Lorber.
Both the 106-minute theatrical version and the 112-minute director’s cut have been newly restored in 4K, approved by del Toro, with Dolby Vision.
