["Tbt" to chacos and leg warmers, to severe dirt baggery and to being a mountain woman. to a time of really not caring, at all, whether what I did or said was yoga appropriate (god, sorry) enough for someone else. I never want to be defined by anything. That is my life goal. yoga is a part of everything I do, even if I’m not constantly physically practicing or saying a bunch of up-my-own-ass guru shit. I was born the year of the snake. My skin sheds and I become new (ish). I don’t want to tell people to be authentic if I myself am not being true. I don’t want to offend people by my Abby talks, but if my pissin’ Grams hurt your feels, blah oops. I promise I’m a yogi. "I’m just also rock and roll." And I love you
