Deep Red Vinyl from Rustblade Records

Dario Argento’s Deep Red (AKA Profondo Rosso) soundtrack is available on vinyl for $33.74 from Rustblade Records.

The remastered score is composed by frequent Argento collaborators Goblin (Suspiria, Dawn of the Dead).

Limited to 666, the album is pressed on red marble colored vinyl. A “Mad Puppet” mask and an art insert designed by Welt are included.


Doppelgangers Prints by Alex Pardee

Alex Pardee continues to add pop culture creatures to his ongoing “Doppelgangers” art series.

5×7 prints inspired by Weapons, Longlegs, The Substance, Terrifier, Late Night with the Devil, Silent Hill, Creep, “IT: Welcome to Derry,” and many more are available for $10 each.


Audition 4K UHD from Arrow Video

From master of horror Takashi Miike (Ichi the Killer, 13 Assassins), Audition will be released on 4K Ultra HD on June 16 via Arrow Video.

The 1999 Japanese psychological horror film has been newly restored in 4K from the original Super 16mm camera negative with Dolby Vision.

Chaplain Graphic Novel from Storm King Comics

Coming from the John Carpenter’s Night Terrors banner, Chaplain will be published on July 7 via Storm King Comics.

The 160-page horror graphic novel is written by Brad & Wesley Sun, illustrated by Raúlo Cáceres, colored by Ryan Winn, and lettered by Marshall Dillon.

An aging and increasingly weary chaplain discovers an ancient, unknowable monster stalking his hospital, forcing him to confront the existential terror of his own mortality. Along with his energetic young protégé, he is pushed to the brink of insanity as his convictions and very grasp on reality begin to unravel.


Sharknado Vinyl from Enjoy the Ride Records

Songs from Sharknado is available on vinyl for $26.99 from Enjoy the Ride Records.

Composed by Quint (Sharknado director Anthony C. Ferrante and actor Robbie Rist), the album features music from Sharknado and Sharknado 2, plus unreleased bonus tracks from the fourth and fifth installments.

Two color variants are available: “Blood in the Water”(limited to 150) and “Sharknado Swirl” (limited to 100).

The album is housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Garreth Gibson with a pop-up shark center label.


Faces of Death 4K UHD from Vinegar Syndrome

The original Faces of Death is coming to 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray this month from Vinegar Syndrome. Limited to 5,000, it costs $42.99.

The notorious 1978 faux documentary has been newly restored in 4K from its 35mm and 16mm original camera negatives, presented with Dolby Vision.

The They Will Kill You soundtrack is available on vinyl from Waxwork Records. Priced at $30, it’s expected to ship in June.

Composed by Carlos Rafael Rivera (A Walk Among the Tombstones, “The Queen’s Gambit”), the score is pressed on “Satanic Splatter” colored vinyl.

It’s housed in a heavyweight gatefold jacket with matte satin coating and a 12×12 insert. Dave Merrell designed the artwork.


Slither Steelbook 4K UHD from Scream Factory

Slither will be released on Steelbook 4K UHD + Blu-ray on June 23.

The feature directorial debut of James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, Superman), the 2006 horror-comedy has been scanned in 4K from the 35mm interpositive with Dolby Vision.
